Shipping policy

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the products ordered and the shipping address to be delivered to. 

We offer Free local delivery in Sydney.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders valued over $400AUD in NSW & Capital cities and surrounding metropolitan areas nationwide in Australia. Other locations, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address. 

Normal shipping is charged at $18 unless otherwise stated. Items that are not subject to the $18 charge will have freight charges dependent on the total weight and size of the order. Delivery prices are set by the courier in accordance with size and weight and will be forwarded to you as part of the purchase price.

Some larger items can only be delivered to a business or a freight depot. If this is the case we will inform you of the closest address that your goods will be delivered to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
